Pondering one stormy night

There was a snow storm on December 29, 1985. At least there was in St. Joseph, Michigan. In case you are wondering why I know this, it's not because I track winter storms or just thought you would all like to know a random fact. I remember this particular storm very well since Mark and our 1972 Ford LTD traveled bravely through it, getting me to hospital just in time for the arrival of Scott Evan Kuyper. I also remember the Doctor arriving late and apologizing for waiting to watch the end of "Masterpiece Theater". I was not at all happy with him at that point in time.
So it was a 'beautiful storm', announcing the arrival of a gift from God.
So as I sit and ponder my now 24 year old son, these are a few things that come to my mind:
Caring, kind, considerate, passionate, fun, smiling, musician, intelligent, creative, thinker, child of God, friend to all, crossword puzzles...I am proud that he is my son and blessed to be his mom.
Love you with all my heart Bud!
